FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ETI FAB Names Keith Entwistle CNC Operations Manager
25-year machining leader to strengthen CNC performance, safety, and delivery for customers across Indiana and beyond
WESTFIELD, Ind. — [January 22, 2026] — ETI FAB, a precision metal fabrication and machining partner based in Westfield, Indiana, today announced that Keith Entwistle has been named CNC Operations Manager.
In this role, Entwistle will oversee daily machining operations, leading CNC teams, optimizing production, ensuring quality and safety, and managing equipment, tooling, and material resources to meet schedule and budget targets. The position includes responsibility for production planning and scheduling to support on-time delivery, as well as cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and customer-facing teams.
“Keith is a disciplined, shop-floor-driven leader who understands what it takes to run CNC operations with consistency, quality first, safety always, and execution that holds up when schedules get tight,” said Ben Crawford, President & CEO at ETI FAB. “His depth of experience in multi-axis machining and his focus on continuous improvement will support our commitment to delivering precision parts with reliability and speed.”
Entwistle brings 25 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry, with expertise spanning 5-axis CNC milling and turning (lathes) and the operational systems required to scale throughput without compromising quality. The appointment reflects ETI FAB’s continued investment in disciplined manufacturing practices, standardized work, and measurable performance improvement.
As CNC Operations Manager, Entwistle will lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S to reduce scrap, downtime, and cycle time while improving delivery performance. He will also establish and manage key performance metrics, including efficiency, scrap, downtime, throughput, and on-time delivery, to ensure clear visibility and accountability across the machining operation.
Operational priorities under this role
ETI FAB expects the CNC organization to pursue outcomes commonly associated with high-performing machining operations, including:
- Fewer setups and more consistent accuracy on complex work through effective multi-axis strategies.
- Shorter changeovers and reduced lost time by applying setup-reduction methods and improving changeover discipline.
- Higher equipment productivity and clearer loss visibility by strengthening performance measurement and daily management routines.
- Safer, more organized, more repeatable execution by reinforcing 5S workplace discipline and standardized work.
“I’m excited for this role and help strengthen daily execution across the CNC operation,” said Keith Entwistle. “My focus is straightforward: develop the team, standardize the work, measure what matters, and deliver reliable results for our customers, every day.”
