PRESIDENT | CEO
Ben R. Crawford currently serves as President & CEO of ETI. Prior to joining ETI, Ben provided Industrial Services in Heat Treatments for 25+ years and worked for the three largest North American providers, Bodycote, Bluewater, and Paulo.
He has held titles of COO, Vice President and Regional Operations Manager directing up to $100.0 M in revenues, twenty-facilities and seven-hundred employees in three countries. During his time, he has guided growth, acquisitions and transaction events.
His experiences include working for publicly traded companies, private equity, and family-owned businesses. In 2018, he built Paulo’s first green-field plant in Monterrey, Mexico serving Brembo Brakes. Mr. Crawford participates annually raising funds for Tatum’s Bags of Funds helping local children with cancer. Mr. Crawford received a B.B.A. in Business Administration in 1992 from Indiana State University, his M.B.A from Bethel College, IN in 2002.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Daryl’s exceptional leadership skills allow him to influence and inspire the ETI Fab team to bring their best.
As the COO, Daryl leads the ETI Fab team in product development and design, quality systems, manufacturing process development
CHIEF SALES OFFICER
Patrick Bartell is an experienced sales leader in the Electric Process Heat & Control industry.
Patrick has been highly successful in implementing sales teams and processes as a manufacturer’s representative and distributor.
Most recently, Patrick worked with Valin Corporation as Vice President of Sales responsible for green-fielding new sales territories in the greater Houston and Denver markets. Patrick Bartell is responsible for deploying a strategy for sustained growth resulting from the blending three acquisitions. Prior to that, Patrick was a Principal Representative in the upper Midwest as the President and Sales Manager of Volco Company. Before that, he was a Regional and District Manager for Chromalox.

Jeff’s 30 years of experience in the world of manufacturing has given him the skill set needed to lead the team at ETI Fab on a day to day basis. Before ETI Fab, Jeff held the position of Quality Manager for Cardinal Metal Finishing located in Kokomo, Indiana. As Quality Manager, Jeff’s responsibilities included daily actions to create the foundation for providing customer value and satisfaction in all their products and services through world-class leadership, continual improvement, employee development /recognition, and social responsibilities. Jeff’s focus at Cardinal was to lead the Management and Core Process Owner teams to successful certifications in IATF 16949:2016. During his time at Cardinal Jeff implemented and successfully rolled out a new training system within their document control software.
Jeff is a true Hoosier, born and raised in Indiana when he is not at the plant in Westfield, he loves spending time with his wife and four children at their home in Alexandria.
Chief Financial Officer
Kayla Alexander currently serves as CFO of ETI and ETI Fab, Inc. Prior to joining the ETI network, Kayla provided consulting services as a CPA with Ernst & Young. She specialized as a tax, technology, and transaction consultant for privately held and public companies. During her time with Ernst & Young, Kayla earned her CPA and received the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification for process improvement and efficiency.
In 2017 and 2018, she was nominated by Junior Achievement as one of Indy’s Best and Brightest accountants under 40. She has been recognized for her contributions to the community, including serving on the young professional board of Indiana Children’s Wish Fund. Kayla received a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in 2012 and an M.B.A in Finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in 2014.
Manager of Procurement & Supply Chain
Teresa entered the manufacturing industry in 1992, where she gained extensive experience working in Customer Service for various manufacturing companies.
An advocate for moving forward and trying new things, Teresa is fond of quoting Henry Ford, who said, “If you always do what you always did, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”
Business Development Representative
Robin is an experienced professional with expertise in business development, relationship management, achieving customer satisfaction and highly adept at positive and productive collaborations with colleagues. Previously the Vice President of Business Development for the Largest Lender Service Provider, Robin managed Lender Relationships across the United States, excelling in Client Retention. Prior to that, and for the same company, as a Senior Relationship Manager, Robin assisted in obtaining financing solutions for over 500 small businesses across the states.
Outside of the office, Robin has a devotion for volunteering in her community, enjoying many activities, such as golf, hiking, kayaking and camping, and spending time with her family and friends.
Human Resources Manager
As the Human Recourses Manager, Pennie maintains and enhances the entire team of ETI companies’ human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources, programs, and practices.
When Pennie is not spending time at the ETI plant in South Bend or Westfield Indiana, she loves playing with her dogs, spending time with her family and working on her cars.
