Ben Crawford
PRESIDENT | CEO
Ben R. Crawford currently serves as President & CEO of ETI. Prior to joining ETI, Ben provided Industrial Services in Heat Treatments for 25+ years and worked for the three largest North American providers, Bodycote, Bluewater, and Paulo.
He has held titles of COO, Vice President and Regional Operations Manager directing up to $100.0 M in revenues, twenty-facilities, and seven-hundred employees in three countries. During his time, he has guided growth, acquisitions and transaction events.
His experiences include working for publicly traded companies, private equity, and family-owned businesses. In 2018, he built Paulo’s first green-field plant in Monterrey, Mexico serving Brembo Brakes. Mr. Crawford participates annually raising funds for Tatum’s Bags of Funds helping local children with cancer. Mr. Crawford received a B.B.A. in Business Administration in 1992 from Indiana State University, his M.B.A from Bethel College, IN in 2002.
Pennie Ritter
Human Resources Manager
Pennie’s drive and organization are critical qualities in helping ETI and ETI FAB reach their business goals and in helping all of our employees reach their potential.
As the Human Recourses Manager, Pennie maintains and enhances the entire team of ETI companies’ human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources, programs, and practices.
When Pennie is not spending time at the ETI plant in South Bend or Westfield Indiana, she loves playing with her dogs, spending time with her family and working on her cars.
Jeremy Crawford
Business Development Representative
Jeremy is an ambitious Sales Professional with a drive to seek out new business opportunities and cater to existing customers.
As a Business Development Representative, Jeremy is passionate about providing the best possible solution for his customers.
When Jeremy is not working, you can usually find him skiing down a mountain, riding his road bike up a mountain, and taking his dog to the dog park.

Marketing Associate
Mason received a B.S. in Business High Distinction with a Major in Marketing from IUPUI Indianapolis. With a multilingual background, Mason has achieved his professionalism and experience through working as a Research Assistant at IUPUI as well as creating his own content for social media platforms.
