We had a meeting with the production team today to solve the greatest challenge ever: making production on our private label products more efficient while reducing bottlenecks. We sat in that conference room for an hour, and nobody came up with a breakthrough idea. Everything had been discussed before, tried before, and frankly, it doesn’t work well.

But then something magical happened. As we wrapped up the meeting and walked out to the shop floor, we joined this exact conversation you see here, and voila! The team started firing off brilliant ideas we could actually test out.
